A truly inspirational teacher transforms the lives of many


In the evening of September 8, with the arrival of the 33rd Teacher's Day, the Group's 2017 Annual Training Summary and Commendation Conference was held in the ladder classroom of Shin Yang College. The outstanding lecturer of the year and Deputy Managing Director of our group, Guo Guiying, Deputy General Manager Zhou Zhan , Shin Tech Consulting General Manager He Xiaolong and other leaders participated in the convention. 

After all the participants sang the "Xinyang Song", Manager Cao Zheng acknowledged and concluded the achievement and shortcomings of previous year' s training, and illustrated the future' s plan of training, including the betterment of the teaching team, amendment on the curriculum, improvement of the courses, and lecturer allowance adjustment.

He Xiaolong, the General Manager of the Shin Yang consultants, explained Shin Yang' s core functions, corporate mission and the change in the pedagogical style. Meanwhile, he proposed that Shin Yang College should cater for the training needs, focusing more on the shift from storytelling to factual details and data analysis. Thus the training courses will be more effective and efficient. He also requested all lecturers to try their best to be initiators of strategic thinking, promotor of cultural heritage, planners of personnel training, integrators of training resources and entrepreneurs of innovative projects. 

Subsequently, the conference awarded outstanding lecturers and teams respectively. Vice General Manager Ming Zhendong, the representative of excellent lecturers of the year, made a wonderful sharing centering around "growth and happiness".

At the end of the conference, Guo Guiying, Managing Director of our group, said that nearly half of the lecturers, some management cadres in particular, did not teach in the past year, which is such a costly waste. A good worker does not make a good lecturer while a good lecturer should also be a good organizer, planner, driving other people to grow up together. Shin Yang College made a more comprehensive planning concerning "training of thinking and enhancement of ability ", craving for the truth, breaking through the bottleneck, and constantly fostering the betterment of the education system.

In this year’s implementation of the factory' s operating system construction, we found that many members of our staff fall behind. In light of this, we urge all our lecturers, managers, technical cores, and experts to commit themselves to be an "instructor", driving the subordinates to learn and grow.

Prize-giving ceremony  is a new starting point, in which we expect all the lecturers, especially the cadres, set an example, leading all family members continue to learn and grow. Then, together we share the fruit of happiness along this long and winding road.
