2017 Shin Tech Group quality activities month

The quality-oriented group held “The 13th annual quality activities month launch conference of SHIN TECH GROUP” at lecture theatre of Shin Yang College in the evening of August 29th.  Managing Director Guo Wenying , Vice Managing Director Guiying Guo, Vice General Manager Hua Wei, Assistant Manager of China and Japan management cadres or above, vendor partner representatives, etc. attended the conference.

       To promote the policy of "productive year"，the theme of the 13th annual “quality activities month ” was aimed at: consolidating the foundation; promoting overall performance; managing the data; prioritize the “five elements of independent quality assurance”; stay the course and march forward！

21 representatives from 9 vendor companies participated the annual quality activities month launch conference. Group Managing Director Guo had an in-depth communication with the manufacturing partners as regards the bewilderment of quality control and how to maintain high quality.

Quality function group leader, Vice President  Liu Bo reported the performance of quality in 2017, pinpointing the problem of the present situation to determine the direction of the quality activities month.

The five functions’ group leaders of quality, production, manufacturing technology, equipment and purchase, also reported the problem and indicated the direction of improvement in each function, to establish a sound quality assurance system. Qu Shanlin, the Quality Project Manager of LCD Department also reported requirement of each department, presented the quality problems and visualize the ways to rectify them.

All subsidiaries/centrals’ general managers, vice presidents, function group leaders and participants made a sincere vow to work together: lead their teams, face the quality problem squarely, familiarize themselves with the practice in the scene, enhance the performance of all staff, improve the data management, earn the trust from customer with first-class quality and service, make the most all the wisdom and strengthen to achieve another century of happiness Shin Tech !

The Managing Director Guo summarized: We all know that quality is all that matters to an enterprise, but we not only have to know this fact but also have to work it out with our very hands. The theme of this year is to be productive and she urged all of us to view quality activities month as an opportunity to lay the foundation of self-quality assurance in the quality-activity month. Management cadres at all levels should understand, this year's quality activities month is not a short-term program, but we seek to expand it and penetrate through every dimension of our production, seeking to set an example for the staff to follow. Thus, we plan and implement the five functions policy and find out the crux of the problem in each department and resolve it such that we can finally fulfil the self-assurance.

Cadres：Need to bear the responsibility, adhere to the set target, and hang on till the end. If the target has not been reached yet, there are still four months in 2017 and we should make an endeavor and invest all our strength on quality. The chart of quality of production is a proof of the growth in our cadres, the recognition from the company, and the room for us to reflect on our improvement.

The management cadres should practice the motto "go• turn • change"：

Go：Cadres at all levels should go to the scene with a purpose, to resolve the problem of people at all levels.

Turn：Flexible and creative thinking, attitude, style, from passive to active, and actively improve the quality.

Change：Change our habits. Action speaks louder than voice. Prove it with your achievement instead of statement..

Today, when I communicated with partners, I mentioned that there are three levels of quality：

The first level: Quality of Product. This is the most basic and also the product quality that everyone says every day;

The second level: Quality of Work. This points to a higher level. The responsibility and mission of the second-line units is to ensure the quality of the work and back the frontiers up

The third level: Morality is the highest quality of all. Morality refers to the enhancement in moral standard. We need to judge whether it is right or wrong and have to be aware that “when we choose, we choose for all men”. Only after the correct mindset is cultivated, can our quality of life be enhanced such that we move a step closer to happiness. Only then, can we devote ourselves to improving the quality of work.

Hope that all cadres top-down, drive subordinates working together to improve quality, to make high quality products and services, let the customer moved, thus to achieve personal heart double happiness.

We are in conviction that 2017 quality activity month will be put to good use, and under the leadership of the five-function departments and the active participation of all staff, the quality of the group will surely soar higher.
